Help Desk Analyst

Our well established Austin client has a need for a Help Desk Analyst to join their dynamic organization. This position is responsible for supporting internal users with Windows and infrastructure support, and processing of daily Help Desk tickets.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • 4+ years experience as a Help Desk Analyst or Desktop Support Analyst.
  • Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Windows 7, 8, 10 Enterprise issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve web based software issues.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excel in a team oriented, fast-pace environment.
  • SQL Server experience is a plus.
